1: What is “Quality” Monthly Wash Plan?

For a one low monthly rate, as little as $14.99 a month, you can wash your registered car once a day, all through the month. The plan membership is purchased using a credit or debit card. It is quick and convenient. No long term contract is required.

2: How does it work?

Upon purchase, A nontransferable “FastPass” tag will be placed on your registered car’s windshield. From next time onwards, one of our friendly wash attendant will scan your “FastPass” tag, validate your membership and let you proceed.

3: Can I purchase the monthly plan online?

Yes, you can purchase the monthly plan online. The sign up is fast and easy. Click on the secure "Buy Online" link above.

4: Can I wash the car each and every day of the month?

You can wash the car once every working day of the car wash. Based on our current schedule, our location will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas days and may also close for equipment upgrades or incessant rain or due to adverse weather conditions. 5: Do I pay full price for the first month?

No. Your first month is prorated, you will pay for the days left in that month.

6: Will it be automatically renewed every month?

Yes. Your credit/debit card will be charged 1st of every month.

7: Do I have to sign up a contract to get this low monthly rate?

No. Long term contract is not required. You can cancel it anytime and your will plan will be active during the remainder of the month and will be deactivated thereafter.

8: Can I cancel the plan anytime and how?

Yes. Call our office at 248 888 0125, five days before the renewal and leave your details.

9: Do I have to purchase separate plan for each car I own?

Yes. Each “FastPass” tag is nontransferable and carries a unique ID. It can only be used by the car it belongs to. You can buy a separate plan for each car you own. We currently offer 4 different monthly plans.

10: What happens when I buy a new car or change my car or change my windshield?

Please stop by our car wash and let one of our friendly car wash attendant know. We will deactivate the old “FastPass” tag and paste a new one in your new car’s windshield.

11: How can I update my credit card’s expiry date or would like to use a different credit card?

12: Can I gift this membership plan to someone else?

Yes, you can. Our staff will have to place the “FastPass” tag inside the windshield of the car of your choice. Please remember that your credit card will continue to be charged every 1st of the month, until it is cancelled by you.

13: Can the membership be cancelled/deactivated by Quality Express Auto Wash?

If we are unable to process a monthly recharge to your credit or debit card on file, the plan will be deactivated.

If a “FastPass” tag is tampered with, or the plan is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, then the plan will be immediately terminated.

If a “FastPass” tag is dishonestly used on any vehicle other than the registered vehicle, then the plan will be immediately terminated ands all monies will be forfeited.

14: Will the plan prices change?

If for some reason the prices change in future, a notice will be posted at the physical location at least 30 days in advance.
